This Royale Paris 39.5mm power reserve and small seconds model features a soft coral-hued dial. This unique shade adds a touch of refinement and elevates the watch's timeless aesthetic.
This version with its smaller diameter has a case and dial with sophisticated finishes that provide a worthy setting for the Calibre Royal® movement powering this model. The applied lugs, a strong signature of this collection, have been refined and feature a brushed finish on top and a polished finish on the sides. The sculpted case profile has a concave "gouge" shaped recess, which is repeated all around the dial. Its flanks have been delicately hollowed out to slim its silhouette and give it a geometry that combines strength and style. The slightly domed and anti-reflective "glass box" sapphire crystal also fully contributes to the watch's elegance.
With its 318 components, the Calibre Royal® movement that powers the Royale Paris is the first French-made mechanism to place its horological complications on the same mainplate. It is protected by 8 international patents. It has a single large barrel that offers an improved power reserve. It now reaches 96 hours on this model, compared to 88 hours previously. This automatic movement is equipped with a unique bidirectional winding system by the oscillating weight and a large, high-inertia diamond-cut balance wheel. Its double large instantaneous jump date and day window on the same axis allows for adjustments at any time. The Calibre Royal® is designed and developed in-house. It is hand-assembled in the Morteau workshops. All of its components are sourced from within 80km of the Manufacture. Like the three other in-house movements, the Calibre Royal® undergoes rigorous adjustments to achieve chronometric precision, with the daily rate ranging between -4 and +6 seconds. This exceptional accuracy guarantees an average of between +2 or -2 seconds per day, thus meeting the most demanding criteria for chronometry.
